[Bug]: Mouse lags while opening kde apps, the speed doesn't feel as it use to be

The mouse feels laggy when I open KDE apps, especially Konsole, and it's been happening since the beginning. I kept using it, hoping an update would fix it.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Press Super key and search for Konsole
3. Open it. You should notice the lag

### Expected Behavior

It used to be very fast before kernal 7 updates, I want that back.

### Actual Behavior

It is laggy
