[Bug]: OS is freezing for a while and then disconnects internet

### Description

For some reason, my system, after replacing the graphics card from AMD RX590 to AMD RX7600, started freezing at random moments (mainly during games and watching livestreams on discord). These freezes last for a short time, but end with a complete cut-off of the internet connection and the computer usually requires a hard reset. I did GPU, CPU and RAM stress tests and it didn't give any hardware results that could indicate a hardware defect. I also tried to stress the WIFI card to the limit of its capabilities and it also failed to replicate the error. Changing the system version to LTS did not help, nor did updating the BIOS. I think the problem may be in the system. Reinstalling Cachy OS did not help with this problem and freezes still occur. My wifi card is compatible with linux, because it's Intel AX210.
