[Bug]: Spell checking broken on en-gb language installs (needs hunspell-en_gb package)

If you choose English UK (en_gb) as the installation language, the spell check section of the System Settings app is broken and doesn't display any languages (and spell check itself is broken).

The fix is to install the **hunspell-en_gb** package. This fixes both the System Settings > Spell Check section and the spell check functionality itself.

### Steps to Reproduce

Reproduce bug:
1. Fresh install of CachyOS - choose English (UK) as the system language.
2. Post-install, go into the System Settings app and click on the 'Spell Check' section.
3. Page is completely blank and nothing can be chosen.

Fix:
1. Install 'hunspell-en_gb' package using CachyOS Package Installer
2. Go to System Settings app and click on the 'Spell Check' section.
3. Languages appear and functionality is restored.
