[Bug]: Network timeouts on kernel 7.1

### Description

After a while the WiFi connection stops working. Pinging the router the PC is connected to doesn't work, there is no answer. After a while Plasma reports that the network isn't connected to the internet.

After some time, round about 5 minutes the connection reestablishes, other than that turning the WiFi off and on again also works.

The bug does NOT appear on the 6.18.38-1-cachyos-lts kernel, it also didn't appear on the 7.0 kernel before updating to 7.1

1. start the system
2. use the internet and/or just wait
