[Bug]: System Settings UI navigation issue when switching directly between Plasma Splash Screen and Boot Splash (Plymouth)

There is a UI navigation bug in the KDE System Settings on CachyOS. In the "Appearance" / "Colors & Themes" section, there are two modules related to splash screens: the Plasma Splash Screen (login animation) and the Boot Splash Screen (Plymouth animation used by CachyOS).

Clicking on one of them works fine. However, trying to switch directly to the other "Splash Screen" menu item does not work – the view simply freezes and doesn't change. To access the second menu, I have to click on a completely different category first (e.g., "Cursors") and then click the Plymouth Splash Screen item.

### Steps to Reproduce

Open KDE System Settings.

Go to the Appearance / Colors & Themes section.

Click on the first "Splash Screen" option (Plasma login animation).

Try to click directly on the second "Splash Screen" option (Plymouth boot animation).

Notice that the screen does not switch to the selected module.

Click on another category in the sidebar, like "Cursors".

Click on the second "Splash Screen" option again.

The Plymouth settings view now loads correctly.

### Expected Behavior

The settings view should smoothly and immediately switch between the two different Splash Screen modules when clicking them in the sidebar, without needing to click another category in between.

### Actual Behavior

When trying to switch directly from one "Splash Screen" module to the other in the sidebar, the settings view does not update or change. The UI remains stuck on the previously selected module and ignores the click until I click on a completely different category (like "Cursors") first.

This issue occurs on a fresh, clean installation of CachyOS from the latest ISO. It is not caused by any user modifications or custom configurations.

Reproduce the issue in KDE System Settings by switching directly between the Plasma Splash Screen and Plymouth modules, then review the linked log for related errors.
