[Bug]: Infinite Loading Screen when booting with plugged in Lenovo Dock

When i have either my Thinkpad X1 or my Dell Latitude 7450 connected to a Dock and turned off and i want to start them via my Dock or open the Lid and press the Start Button on the Laptop itself, it Starts Booting and then before loading the Login Screen it will turn into a infinite loading screen, when i unplug the dock and force the device to turn off and restart it without having it plugged in the Dock it starts without issues, my Dock at home is a Lenovo Smart Dock 5 but this issue also happened with a different Lenovo Dockingstation at my Workplace

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Have the Device turned Off and Connected to a Lenovo Dockingstation
2. Either Press the Start Button on Top of the Dockingstation or the Power Button of the Laptop
3. Let it Boot up
4. now when its trying to load the Login Screen it will Infinite Load

### Expected Behavior

1. Have the Device turned Off and Connected to a Lenovo Dockingstation
2. Either Press the Start Button on Top of the Dockingstation or the Power Button of the Laptop
3. Let it Boot up
4. Get to Login Screen
5. Login

Infinite Loading Screen before loading the Login Screen

the Specs of my Dell Laptop also runnin Cachyos etc are as follows:

Kernel: 7.0.9-arch1-1
DE: Plasma KDE and Wayland tested here
CPU: Intel Core Ultra 5 135U
GPU: Intel Corporation Meteor Lake-P rev08

and a Video of the Loading Screen, this happens on every Screen Connected to the Dock and the Laptop

Start with the linked CachyOS log and reproduce the boot sequence with each Lenovo dock connected, then compare it with an undocked boot on the listed laptops. Done means the system reaches the login screen and allows login when booted from either the dock or laptop power button.
