Description

### Kernel

Linux 7.0.9-1-cachyos

### Desktop Environment / Window Manager

KDE Plasma

### CPU

i9-13900k

### GPU / Driver

Asus GeForce GTX 970 STRIX DirectCU II, 4 Go

### Description

The ntfs3 driver should handle large sequential write operations (several TB via rsync) without crashing. The copy should complete successfully or at minimum fail gracefully without triggering a kernel panic.

### Steps to Reproduce

1-Format a large HDD in NTFS
2-Mount it with ntfs3 driver
3-Run a large rsync copy (several TB) with --partial --append-verify flags
4-After variable time (between 9 minutes and 3h52), rsync crashes with Broken pipe (32)

### Expected Behavior

The ntfs3 driver should handle large sequential write operations (several TB via rsync)
without crashing. The copy should complete successfully or at minimum fail gracefully
without triggering a kernel panic.

### Actual Behavior

During a large rsync copy (~4.3TB) from an ext4 drive to an NTFS drive mounted with
ntfs3, the kernel panics with "kernel BUG at fs/iomap/buffered-io.c:1061!" after a
variable amount of time. The crash occurred twice during the same boot session (06:06
and 11:55). rsync exits with "Broken pipe (32)".

Booting on 6.18.32-1-cachyos-lts with the exact same setup and command completed the
full copy successfully without any crash.

### Additional Context

- Buggy kernel: 7.0.9-1-cachyos
- Working kernel: 6.18.32-1-cachyos-lts (same command, same drives, completed successfully)
- Source: 12TB HDD ext4 (sdb1, label: JeuxVideos)
- Destination: 12TB HDD NTFS (sda1, WDC WD120EDBZ-11B1HA0, label: Fichiers)
- Mount options: ntfs3, rw, uid=1000, gid=1000, dmask=0022, fmask=0022, iocharset=utf8
- rsync command: rsync -av --progress --partial --append-verify /mnt/JeuxVideos/ /mnt/Fichiers/
- Steps to reproduce:
1. Format a large HDD as NTFS (mkfs.ntfs)
2. Mount it with ntfs3 driver (uid=1000, gid=1000, iocharset=utf8)
3. Run: rsync -av --progress --partial --append-verify /source/ /mnt/ntfs3_drive/
4. After variable time (9min to 3h52), kernel BUG triggers in iomap_write_end
