KDE Connect Not Detecting On Client & Host

Description
On both my android phone and PC, KDE Connect does not seem to recognize that the app is open for connection. I was able to solve this by running these three commands from this [Reddit post](https://www.reddit.com/r/cachyos/comments/1rta90c/kde_connect_phone_and_laptop_not_connecting/) on the host:
`sudo ufw allow 1714:1764/udp`
`sudo ufw allow 1714:1764/tcp`
`sudo ufw reload`
This does not occur on any other distro. I feel like this issue should be patched in the next CachyOS update soon, as it prevents KDE Connect from functioning out of the box.
