[Enhancement]: Installer: manual choice of cpu profile is must be mandatory (high priority)

### Problem / Motivation

I have several notebooks with different x86-64 CPUs.
Also need installed CachyOS (USB drive) run on random PCs.

In two cases CachyOS is useless:
1) When OS installed on high-end CPU, so can't run on ordinary x86-64 machines.
2) When OS installed on Virtual Machine (high-end CPU) can't run that VM on ordinary x86-64 machines.

CachyOS installer is not flexible due to can't create bootable drive for ordinary x86-64 machines.

### Proposed Solution

Add to CachyOS installer new Step:

(The example below demonstrates how the menu will be displayed for 86-64-v3 host CPU).

1) By default all menu items are disabled.
2) The automatic CPU detection function enables the compatibles menu items and activates the one item which corresponding to host CPU.

**Result:**
- User understands which profile compatible with his host CPU
- User can change the profile at his own discretion

The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the CachyOS installer’s CPU-profile selection and automatic detection entry points; verify that the proposed step disables unsupported profiles, selects the host profile, and permits a compatible manual choice.
