Description

### Problem / Motivation

Linux doesn't support/have Dolby Atmos, and the sound is so flat/soulless.

### Proposed Solution

Eclipsa Audio is developed by Google and Samsung. It is open-source Dolby Atmos alternative. It is worth to keep an eye on it in my opinion.

### Alternatives Considered

Easyeffects and JamesDSP. Both are garbage, and force you to be a hacker.
