[Bug]: Bluetooth doesn't work when a default package for Plasma is installed (KDE connect)

### Description

When installing CachyOS with the KDE Plasma DE default packages, bluetooth devices will connect for 3-4 seconds, and then disconnect. This can be solved by restarting the bluetooth service, but it happens every time from boot. Uninstalling the default app 'kdeconnect" or downgrading bluez to 5.82 or earlier resolves this issue. This behaviour has been identical with a friend who has different hardware.

The fact this is a default package made it a difficult cause to identify, and essentially means bluetooth is non-functional out of the gate on CachyOS with KDE Plasma.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Install CachyOS with the default packages for KDE Plasma and bluetooth support.
2. Attempt to connect headphones via bluetooth.

### Expected Behavior

Bluetooth devices will connect and stay connected without issue.

### Actual Behavior

Bluetooth devices connect and then disconnect.

### Logs / Error Messages

I don't want to reset the issue to generate a report. I will do so if needed though.

### Additional Context

Removing kdeconnect or downgrading bluez to 5.82 or earlier resolves the issue. I am aware the apps themselves are not your responsibility, but I think the installer should not install kdeconnect by default, as this introduces a major issue that is difficult to diagnose.
