cosmic-*-git from [cachyos] are outdated. Remove or Update?

For people who want to try Cosmic DE it's generally available in `[extra]`. However, there are many `cachyos/cosmic-*-git` packages that are stuck at pre-1.0 (beta or alpha). They show up in `pacman -Ss` or Octopi which could be accidentally installed.

Maybe Cachy could just, remove these `-git` packages? Or keep them well updated for people who really want the bleeding edge.

Review the cachyos/cosmic-*-git packages and compare their versions with the corresponding packages in [extra]. Determine whether the outdated packages should be removed or kept updated for bleeding-edge users; done means the chosen package state no longer presents stale pre-1.0 options in pacman -Ss or Octopi.
