Description

Hi,

My Mikrotik Router supports WPA3 PSK with WPA2 PSK fallback at the same connection.
I can't connect to my WiFi on two devices (Lenovo T400s and Surface Pro 2015-ish) with WPA2 only WiFi dongles.
For both devices I had to manually set the WiFi encryption to WPA2 PSK.

**For CachyOS Live:**
This bug hindered me to install CachyOS even I entered my WiFi credentials correctly. This can be confusing for new users.

**Proposed solution:**
1. Correctly detect WiFi dongles and it supported encryption protocols, set the encryption protocol accordingly inside the settings, automatically connect to the max supported encryption protocol
2. After several tries to connect to a WPA3 network, propose the user to fallback to WPA2 over a notification. The notification got a YES/KEEP button combination. If yes, connect to fallback, if KEEP, do nothing
