Description
Hi,
I've tested CachyOS Live on a friends Surface Pro 2015-ish (can't recall).
**What happened**
The UI was overall scaled very small due to the high display resolution.
Therefore I went to the settings > display > scaling and set it to the value of 200%.
But the opened windows and the taskbar won't automatically accept/scale accordingly to the settings.
I had to close and re-open my windows/apps to take effect.
The taskbar and the window topbar icons (minimize, maximize, close) was still stuck at the small scaling.
**The bug**
_I'm a Linux starter and I try my best here :)_
It seems that the "window manager" and the taskbar won't refresh/reload/restart after setting a new scaling value and/or the taskbar isn't affected overall.
**What should happen**
Setting a scaling value immediately affects the window / taskbar settings.
Automatically scale the display according to the resolution OR propose the user to set a scaling
**Additional information/thoughts**
- This bug might be confusing for new users as they might think: "Oh this doesn't look intended, maybe my device isn't compatible" and ditch ArchOS or Linux overall.
- It might be an idea to update the installation guide: Display Settings with scaling > Localization > [...]

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reproduce the issue in CachyOS Live on a high-resolution display, then identify which display-settings, window-manager, and taskbar components handle scaling. Done means changing scaling updates already-open windows, window controls, and the taskbar without reopening applications.
