Taskbar will not show up anymore and desktop is blank, pretty sure my plasmashell broke horrendously

This isn't necessarily a big issue, just being dumb and hasty that led to a bad system error.

I was updating all packages, as my discord needed updated, and my PC went to lock screen, then I typed the password and it froze. Apparently this is an issue with a corrupt Firefox installation or something from what I saw. Anyways, so I relaunched my system and now my theme broke, my taskbar is gone, and I have no real features. I can still use everything fine by looking up apps via "Alt+F2" but I really messed things up.

I have tried chroot and every combination of reinstalling packages and recovering my system. I have learned a lot, but I have come out with nothing that actually helped my pc after many hours of troubleshooting.
