Cachy + hyprland potenially missing important package

CachyOS base install of just Hyprland with no other DE is missing a pretty important package: network-manager-applet.

While packages are installed that give you network capabilities without this package it is actually hard to connect to internet.

I recommend adding this package to improve user experience.
