[Package requests] gallery-dl, nomacs, brename

Could the packages [gallery-dl](https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl), [nomacs](https://github.com/nomacs/nomacs), and [brename](https://github.com/shenwei356/brename) be added to the cachyos repos?

Gallery-dl is a useful media downloader for 100+ sites.

Nomacs is a great image viewer that will open any image your os will (plugins for more are easy to add, they're already in arch repos) and has lots of features.

Brename is a easy to use batch file renamer with lots of features.
