Ability to change all the dark/night modes in to day/light modes

Hi,
i have set in KDE already out of dark mode. However i see that some programs still prefer to run in dark mode. Also some websites.
Is there a setting or can we get a setting that will turn all/system wide the dark/night modes back to light?
This switch could be put in the CachyOS Hello screen.
