[Feature Request/Suggestion]: Add an option behind an argument to build ISO with persistence

Basically at times its required to stay in a live environment for a prolonged amount of time, cycling through reboots. And at these times its quite practical to have a portable environment that saves your essential stuff, basically writing contents similar to a normal install.
Would it be possible to add on the script to build with persistence and do so behind some flag name like --persistence?
