Valve Dock firmware update support is not implemented

In CachyOS Handled, the `jupiter-dock-updater` package is missing. In stock SteamOS, this package contains the latest firmware for the official Valve dock, as well as the scripts used to update it.

In the `jupiter-hw-support `package, some supporting Polkit helper policies have been removed, including those related to the jupiter-dock-updater package (other links may also be broken, but so far this is the only one I have been able to confirm).

As a result, in Game Mode, in the `System` section, information about the connected official dock is not shown, and you are not prompted to update its firmware if the dock is running a version older than the current one.
