Steam on screen keyboard not working on other language layout

Description
The steam on screen keyboard that pop up when I press Steam +X key, does not support other keyboard layout
I tried to add Korean keyboard layout and the keyboard has a message 'To use this layout you should go to Settings -> System and join preview channel
But as we know there are no preview channel in CachyOS and as I remember steam keyboard worked properly on official SteamOS.
