Recent Updates Maps Ally X Buttons Wrong But Not On a Restart

I have a weird issue where cachyos handheld was working perfectly for my Asus Rog Ally X. Button mapping working exactly as expected.

After recent pacman updates I have noticed that when I power on my Asus Rog Ally X, some buttons are mapped incorrectly. For example, the Start button is mapped to RB (Right Shoulder Button).

But restarting the device will result in the button mapping to be correct.

This happens continuously and repeatively.
