steam input multilingual support

I'd like to ask about Steam Input's multi-language support. Currently, Steam Input does not work with many other languages, including Japanese, Chinese, and so on.

There will be prompts need to join the system preview channel, before I personally in a test found that if with steamos installed ibus and other versions of the same then there is a probability of being able to use, so please ask if there is a solution to it?
