Rog Ally X (RC73XA) Fails To Wake From Sleep when SVM is Disabled in BIOS

Xbox Rog Ally X failed to wake up from sleep in multiple configurations and with multiple attempted solutions without SVM enabled. I have also attempted to use other kernels such as lts and standard desktop versions to which no change was found.

Reproduce:
- Install handheld cachyos with any configuration
- Disable SVM in BIOS & boot into cachy
- Sleep handheld
- Will fail to wake
