Description
Though Lithuanian is generally said to have a relatively shallow orthography, there are some apparent inconsistencies in how _ie_ is transcribed, as well as issues in the use of dental vs. alveolar consonants (both are found in the data)
For more information, see:
- the [original issue](https://github.com/sigmorphon/2020/issues/2)
- the [Wiktionary guidelines](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA/Lithuanian)

Unlike with [Bulgarian](https://github.com/kylebgorman/wikipron/issues/142) and [Georgian](https://github.com/kylebgorman/wikipron/issues/138), there is not yet a Lithuanian server-side script ("module") or template. Maybe we should make one instead of correcting the data?
