Add accessibility tests

We should ideally have accessibility tests. https://github.com/component-driven/cypress-axe can mostly automate the process of checking this, we just have to insert it at relevant points with the right parameters. It's also worth ensuring that we get useful log output from it, for which we may need to modify the test artifacts to include a custom log.
