Consider the difference between kit hire and "normal" gigs

Description
It's not currently clear that kit hire events are kit hire (unless the secretary puts it in the title). They could be prepended with "Kit hire:" to solve this issue (like we do for enquiries and cancelled gigs)
Additionally, it says deposit not received for these "gigs", which probably never have a deposit.
