Minor edits before the first release

- On the main landing page:

- [ ] Maybe it looks nicer if the text in the first paragraph was aligned along both the left and the right margin. This may require increasing the transparency of the image.

- [x] In the side-by-side boxes, for the PM project, remove this text: "Built from the hydrologic mosaic framework".

- On the Perceptual Models map, keep the "View details" button. Side bar for all domains and provinces should just say "Coming soon".

- On the About page, under the PM tab:

- [x] It talks about 34 provinces but that should be 35.

- [x] Add "University of Calgary" affiliation for Wouter Knoben.

- [x] Delete "Project Lead" for Wouter Knoben

- Change the text "Two efforts, one hub" on the About page to "One hub to consolidate efforts"
