edit_site.php: Show Site ID

On the quotChange a sitequot page edit_site.php it would be handy to show the Site ID, same way as the variable ID is shown on edit_variable, method ID is show on edit_method, and source ID is shown on edit_source.

Start with edit_site.php and compare how the IDs are displayed in edit_variable, edit_method, and edit_source. Add the Site ID to the Change a site page in the same manner, then verify that the identifier is visible when editing a site.
