Need Page for Editing Series Catalog

The SeriesCatalog table is the lookup table that associates the sources, sites, variables and methods.

Right now it is difficult to check what is in the SeriesCatalog table.
Also when the user uploads the data values to the database without using the client, the SeriesCatalog gets out of date.

Suggestion:
In Database Management add a new Page quotEdit Series Catalogquot. This page would show the seriescatalog table.

Also it should have a button quotUpdate Series Catalogquot to make the SeriesCatalog up-to-date with the datavalues table.

Start at the Database Management area and inspect how the SeriesCatalog and datavalues tables are currently accessed. Define the page's table view and the update action, then verify that SeriesCatalog reflects the datavalues table after the action. The issue names no files or tests, so locating the relevant entry points is part of the initial work.
