User management - need explanation

The teacher has the option of adding a user, removing a user and changing another user’s password.

There has to be note saying that they can only edit a student’s password or remove a student, but they can't edit a teacher's password or remove a teacher.

Locate the teacher-facing user-management entry point; the payload names no file or test. Add a note explaining that teachers may edit student passwords and remove students, but may not edit teacher passwords or remove teachers, then verify the note is visible and accurate in that workflow.
