Adding or Deleting a site

When you want to add or delete an existing site you have to select the unknown site first and then re-select the source you want and then it will populate the second drop-down menu with a list of sites that you have made. This could be changed so that
either it defaults to the unknown source and then upon highlighting your chosen source it populates the drop-down menu with a list of your sites.

The issue names no files or tests. Reproduce the add/delete-site flow and locate the source and site dropdown implementation; done means choosing a source populates the site's list without first selecting an unknown site.
