In the web services folder, I suggest adding a help page explaining:
what is the web service how to register the web service in HIS Central catalog (show the exact URL that you must enter)
how to access the web service in HydroDesktop (show the exact URL that you must enter)
how to connect to the WFS web service in QGIS or ArcGIS
