Methods auto reset in Add Multiple Values

When I use the quotAdd Multiple Valuesquot on WorldWater server, I select the variable and the method in every row. But every time I add a new row to the table, all the methods are reset to quotplease select the methodquot.

Reproduce the issue using the Add Multiple Values workflow on the WorldWater server, then trace the code that adds a new table row and restores the selected variable and method values. Done means adding a row no longer resets methods in the existing rows.
