Drop Down below map to be filterable

Using a wide array of Jquery we can make the drop down of the list of sites filterable. Which means when the user types something in the drop box, it filters down the sites.

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Locate the page that renders the site drop-down and inspect how its options are populated; determine the existing jQuery usage before planning the filter behavior. Done means users can type in the drop-down and see the site list narrowed to matching entries.
