Popups on edit_mainconfig.php

Whenever the quot?quot help bubbles are opened/closed the page is automatically reset to the top of the page. When completing installation this can become highly irritating. I have heard others also express frustration about this.

Start with edit_mainconfig.php and reproduce the issue by opening and closing the “?” help bubbles. Check the page position before and after each interaction; done means the page no longer resets to the top when the bubbles are toggled.
