Internationalization- Country

There is an inability to specify the country in which a source or site is located.

Because this is issue extends to the ODM, I may place the issue on

However, in the meantime (expecting the new release of ODM 2 to handle country names) we should add the field and maybe just add it to the state's column of the ODM on the source and site tables? Other suggestions?
