When I try to launch the HydroServer Map application for a region that I don't have any geospatial data services published, it throws a runtime error. It should be loading the ESRI basemap and then putting my ODM points on top of that, but I think there
is an error in the conversion of the ODM point coordinates to that of the ESRI basemap layer for display.
