it is critical that 'fields to include in download' include offset, such as needed for soil moisture data distinguished by burial depth of sensor. Also, the drop down list of available variables to download for a given site presently shows all variables
for all sites even though only one site is selected. see
http://icewater.boisestate.edu/HydroServerWebsite/Data-Query, try DCEW site and variable soil moisture to see the problem. One series for one pit actually includes sensors at multiple depths, yet offset will not be provided as a download field. This is
highly problematic.
