ODMTools: Edit Metadata

We have recieved several requests recently for the ability to edit existing metadata in an ODM. These include:

The ability to edit the Latitude and Longitude for a site. Several sites were loaded with complete Latitude and Logidude data, but then it was decided for privacy reasons (these were wells located on private land) to limit the number of digits of Latitude
and Longitude data that would be published.
nbsp The ability to edit the data values offset fields (OffsetValue, OffsetTypeID). This information was not initially available when the data was loaded, but became available later.

In both cases, we ended up using MS SQL Server Studio to edit this metadata, but it seems that ODM Tools should be able to handle this.
