Time Series Analyst - Install Issue & Application Error

I installed and configured Time Series Analyst but when I extract the zip all the files are extracted to the same directory. Can someone fix the zip file or provide me with a list of which files belong in what sub-directories?

Also, when I visit myserver.edu/TSA I get an application error quotThe file /TSA/Default.aspx.vb does not existquot Is this related to the above issue? If not, any ideas?
