ODM DL 1.1.3 issue - doesn't load in a correct column

I have created sites.csv meta-information file for model data. I uploaded it using the ODM_DL1.1.3 . If I compare the Sites LocalX,LocalY values and the Sites table value, the values for LocalX and LocalY are interchanged.

However, if I call LocalX as LocalY and LocalY as LocalX, the ODM tool writes to the correct columns.So I was able to upload the sites data. This might be a bug in the tool, so thought of informing it to you about it.
