When I queried all variables from this WaterOneFlow web service quothttp://drought.usu.edu/NIDISTimeSeries/cuahsi_1_1.asmx?WSDLquot with quotGetVariableInfoquot,
the variables where the value for time support in the ODM is 0.5, were transmitted on the WaterML as 0. The WaterML file is attached. There are 5 variables at this service for which this is true. Each variable that has a timeSupport of 0.5 in the ODM, has
a variableCode that contains quot-P0.5Mquot.
