The size of the series selector frame at the bottom of the window can be changed, but the size of the table housing the data series cannot be changed, which is where the expanded sizing would be most useful.

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the desktop window that contains the series selector and data-series table, then reproduce the resizing behavior. Done means the table housing the data series can be resized to make expanded sizing useful, rather than only resizing the selector frame.
