HS Capabilities Config req fields bug, no message

In HS Capabilities config,

When I edited fields for a new observational dataset, I did not enter data for all the fields, I clicked OK, and it did nothing. No error, no message, stayed there with OK button, no action.

When I added info to all the fields and hit ok, it closed and worked.

Later realized the bold field names indicate required fields. This is not intuitive, obvious or standard. I am more used to seeing asterisk * by required fields. Please change to have asterisk,

and

program an error message when user hits ok quotPlease fill in all required fields (those with *).quot

Start at the HS Capabilities config screen for a new observational dataset and reproduce the case by leaving required fields empty and selecting OK. Identify the form entry point and its validation behavior; done means required fields are marked with asterisks and selecting OK shows the requested message instead of silently doing nothing.
