GeostatisticalTool: Clean up Deterministic interpolation methods dialog

On Data Source tab, groups are misnamed. The left group should be named quotMethodquot and the right group quotDatasetquot.

There are two quotClosequot buttons on the form. Remove one of them.

I see a white box at the bottom, containing a Next and a Close button. It should be gray like the rest of the form background.

Open the GeostatisticalTool's Deterministic interpolation methods dialog and inspect the Data Source tab. Verify the left and right group names, the duplicate Close buttons, and the white footer containing Next and Close; done means the labels, button count, and footer background match the requested layout.
