HydroR Freezing Program

Clicking the quotStart Rquot button (first in the HydroR ribbon) seems to function normally, but upon (what looks to be) completion, the program becomes entirely unresponsive.

I click the quotStart Rquot button in the top left of the HydroR ribbon, it prompts me to browse for the R.exe file, which I do, and then begins doing a series of things within the R Console. Shortly thereafter it asks me to select a CRAN mirror, and I
select the TX one. It then runs additional processes within the console (which can be seen in the attached screenshot), a red quotgtquot appears followed by a blinking cursor, and then everything freezes.

Reproduce the workflow from the HydroR ribbon's Start R button: choose R.exe, select the Texas CRAN mirror, and observe the R Console after the red prompt appears. Trace the Start R entry point and the R Console interaction to identify where the application becomes unresponsive; done means the workflow completes without freezing.
