When search progress times out due to a problem at central catalog add summary message at end of info list indicating:

replace quotfaultedquot message with:
quotSearch failed to return any results due to a problem with the catalog server. Please click here to notify HIS support.quot

make this bold and clicable so that it goes to
http://his.cuahsi.org/contactus.html

Find the search progress timeout path and its current “faulted” message; no file or test is named in the issue. The work is done when the timeout summary shows the specified bold, clickable HIS support link and the behavior can be verified in the desktop application.
