Ribbon not changing properly

I'm having trouble reproducing it quoton-demandquot, but the ribbon sometimes do not adjust properly when moving between the different tabs. When you click File, it will disappear completely. If you click on any of the others, the ribbon will overlap
the Legend and Map.
