Check box disappears from Select Data Sources (?)

I have had a few users report that the check box from the Select Data Sources screen does not appear. I have not been able to replicate this on my computer, but I have attached a screenshot.

Start by reviewing the attached screenshot and inspecting the Select Data Sources screen in the HydroDesktop desktop application. Try to reproduce the missing checkbox; the issue is done when the checkbox consistently appears for the affected users or the cause is identified and addressed.
